Woden has been engaged by more than 300 brands to develop their strategic narrative. Our clients seek transformation in how customers see their value, how their team tells their brand story, and how they deliver on their strategy.

You’re a great fit for this job if you’re creative —but purposeful. At our core we’re storytellers, but clients ask us to apply story to the strategic challenges they’re facing in their business. We’d like to add a team member who’s curious, loves engaging directly with our clients, and can see the potential in a brand to become bigger than it is today.

The Strategic Narrative Consultant is a member of our sales team, working alongside a team of sales and revenue operations professionals to generate new business for Woden. You’ll be expected to master our philosophy on strategic narrative, our pitch, and sales techniques, focusing your first 6-9 months on booking discovery calls through cold outreach including calling, email, and LinkedIn.

The expectation is to become a full-cycle sales rep, nurturing and closing clients through the entire sales funnel by nine months.

Non-negotiables? You’re a strong writer and love interacting with clients. We’re storytellers, after all. We believe in collaboration and generally work in-person to achieve that: there’s no substitute for working together to solve a client challenge.

Also: you love dogs. Our office dog comes in every day—and besides, what kind of person doesn’t love dogs?
